PANEL SUPPORTS |

The Panel Support system is used when the sign panel is to be fixed RAISED from the wall. Made of Anodised Aluminium in Satin finish, each panel support is made up of two parts - the front part and the back part. The FRONT part is T-shaped, with the function to hold the sign panel in place. The BACK part is cylindrical in shape, with the function to fix the whole support to the wall. The front part is screwed to the back part, thus wedging the sign panel in between. By having a screw system, these Panel Supports are very safe, heavy duty and comfortable to use. They can be adjusted easily and re-used when the sign panel must be changed. Thus, on the long run, they are very economical. Two sizes are available, but both sizes hold sign panels with a thickness from 1mm up till 10mm. The difference is in the diametre of the hole to be drilled in the sign panel and the circular face of the front part support. The small panel support has a circular face of 12mm diameter and supports 9mm holes. The large panel support has a circular face of 19mm diameter and supports a 13mm hole in the sign panel. |
MIRROR CUP SCREWS |

The Mirror Cup Screw System is used when the sign panel is to be fixed DIRECTLY to the wall. The sign panel is screwed to the wall by means of a special wall screw that has a tread hole in the head. Once the sign panel is firmly in place, the head of the screw can be hidden by means of a Mirror Cup in semi-spherical shape that is screwed directly to the head of the wall screw. Two types of mirror cups are available, both of the same shape and size. One is made of Chrome with a silver mirror polished finish and the other is made of brass having a gold mirror polished finish. In view of the different thickness in the material of the sign panel and / or the backing wall, two different lengths of special wall screws are available: 18mm and 50mm. |
